Dr. Ed Rubenstein is a psychologist and received his Ph.D. from Florida State University in Counseling Psychology. He has Masters Degree in Spiritual Studies from Goddard College, a Masters Degree in Psychology from Radford University and a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Services from Florida State University.

He lived and studied in Nepal and India for nearly 3 years. Ed has been in the human potential field for over 30 years teaching body, mind, spirit modalities in university, hospital, non-profit, corporate, and community settings.

Ed believes and experienced that the deepest and most profound education available to us can only be realized through the doorway of our hearts. His passion is facilitating others to realize our hearts are the key to happiness and true joy.

One of Ed’s greatest joys is teaching Open Heart Workshops for the Padmacahaya Foundation and being a founding member of heartsanctuary.org (a non profit organization whose mission is to educate the public that our heart is the key to happiness and fulfillment.) He enjoys living in the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife and two sons.
